Make a reservation
Each booking also offers a one-to-one planning service. When making your reservation, our reservations team will work with you to discuss any special requirements and make sure you and your guests have an enjoyable experience. RSM members can book a private dining room free of hire charge. Please let us know your membership number when making your reservation.
Please note that all private dining bookings of 12 or more guests are considered a group booking, and therefore require a signed contract and deposit payment to secure the booking. The Club team will discuss the terms further with you at the time of your reservation.

Rooms available
The RSM has two private dining rooms available for hire: the Wimpole Room and the Hewitt Room. Both rooms are tucked away from the buzz of the restaurant, giving you an intimate space to host your occasion. Both rooms are accessible.
Wimpole Room
The Wimpole Room is our largest space for private dining and can seat up to 35 guests. For smaller gatherings the Hewitt Room is ideal, seating up to 14 guests.
