Can I register online using a shared email address?
If you share an email address and have a joint membership, you will each need to use a different email address to register online to access your account and member benefits.
How can I change my email address?
Currently we do not offer this online. If you would like to change the email address you have registered with on the website, you will need to contact the Customer Services team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 020 7290 2991.
Once we have updated your account, you can login with your new email address immediately using the same password.
Please note that the email address you give us is your username to sign in to the website; we also use it as your main contact email address.
How can I update my personal details and contact preferences?
You can do this at anytime by logging into the website and going to the ‘My account’ section.
